To learn more about the project, contact us at gardenatkimbourne@gmail.com or drop by one of our planning meetngs Second Sunday of every month at 7 p.m. Our location is Kimbourne Park United Church, 200 Wolverleigh Blvd., one block north of Coxwell station, just East of Coxwell Ave.

We want to create a space…

What is permaculture?

Short for “permanent culture” or “permanent agriculture,” it refers to the creation of sustainable, self-sufficient, food-producing ecosystems. We will strive to work with nature and garden lightly on the earth.

How will the food be shared?

We aim to create a process where volunteer gardeners can take home a portion of what is grown in our communal beds, while the remainder is donated to the local food bank.
